This certificate gives you the opportunity to have a personal consultation with a doctor at Body Balance Clinic. During the consultation, the doctor will assess your symptoms and based on the RTG, MRI or CT studies (if you have them with you), assess your health condition and suggest a personalised treatment plan.
How to use the certificate:

Presenting your certificate: When booking your appointment or when visiting the clinic, please present your certificate. You must bring your certificate with you in a printed or electronic version.
Use of the certificate: The certificate will be used for your consultation and the amount of the treatment will be deducted from the total cost. This certificate is valid for a personal consultation with the doctor only and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
Certificate validity: The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Make sure you use your certificate within this period.
